Haire Beautiful is committed to delivering your crown safely, securely, and on time. Below are our shipping and processing guidelines.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 2–4 business days

  • Custom or Special-Request Wigs: 4–6 weeks (full production schedule)

Please allow additional processing time during high-volume seasons.

Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.

Haire Beautiful is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We recommend double-checking your address before checkout.

Shipping Address Changes

Address changes may only be requested before your order ships.
Once dispatched, the address cannot be altered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but it cannot be located:

  • Contact the carrier first

  • File a missing package claim

  • Provide us with the claim reference number

While we will support you through the process, Haire Beautiful is not liable for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees
    These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Shipping of Custom Orders

Custom-made wigs ship immediately after production is complete and quality checks are passed. Processing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity.
