Thank you for shopping with Haire Beautiful. Every unit is prepared with care, sanitized, and triple-inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

All Sales Are Final Once Shipped

For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched.
All wig sales—including Ready-to-Ship and Custom Units—are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Shipping Only)

Customers may request adjustments such as:

  • Cap size

  • Wig length

  • Parting style

  • Density selection

These changes are only possible before your order ships.
To request changes, contact our Concierge Team immediately after placing your order.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you believe you received the wrong product or a factory defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order number

Eligible cases will be reviewed promptly.
Please note that color variation, density preference, curl pattern differences, or personal dissatisfaction do not qualify as defects.

Custom Orders

All custom-made units are non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, as they are crafted specifically to your requests.
